Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase you make with MD3LAX. Here's how cancellations and refunds work across our offerings.

Events, Camps, and Clinics

Cancellations 10+ days before the event: 100% refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations less than 10 days before the event: 100% credit toward a future MD3LAX event or offering.

No-shows or same-day cancellations: Not eligible for refunds or credits.

To cancel, email mckenna@md3lax.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Credits are sent via email as a discount code you can use anytime.

If MD3LAX cancels. Weather, facility issues, or emergencies happen. If we need to cancel, we'll attempt to reschedule first. If rescheduling isn't possible, we may offer partial credit at our discretion. No refunds or credits are issued for weather-related delays, changes, or cancellations once an event has already begun.

Digital Offerings (Film Review and Online Services)

Digital products work differently because once work begins, it can't be undone.

Before work begins: If you haven't submitted your film yet and change your mind, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

After work begins: Once we've received your film and started on your review, the purchase is non-refundable.

Delivery issues. If you haven't received your review within the promised turnaround window and we haven't communicated a delay, email mckenna@md3lax.com we'll make it right.

Private Training Sessions

Cancellations 48+ hours before the session: 100% refund or reschedule at no charge.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the session: One complimentary reschedule. No refunds.

No-shows: Not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
