Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate them when possible. However, due to the limited capacity and preparation involved in our events, the following policy applies to all registrations:

Participant Cancellations

If you are unable to attend an event after registering:

10 or more days before the event: You will receive a 100% refund.
Less than 10 days before the event: You will receive a 100% credit toward a future MD3LAX event or offering.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for any refund or credit.

Event Cancellations by MD3LAX

If MD3LAX must cancel an event for any reason before it begins, including but not limited to weather, facility conflicts, or emergencies, we will make every effort to reschedule. If a reschedule is not possible, MD3LAX may offer a partial credit toward a future event at our discretion.

Please note: No refunds or credits will be issued for weather-related delays, modifications, or cancellations once an event has begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credits will be delivered via email in the form of a discount code for use on a future registration.
