Weather Policy

At MD3LAX, the safety of our athletes, families, and staff is our top priority. We make every effort to hold events as scheduled, but weather conditions can sometimes require adjustments for safety reasons.

Rain or Light Weather

Events will generally proceed in rain or light weather conditions. We recommend participants dress appropriately and bring extra gear (e.g., towels, dry clothes, cleats suitable for wet turf/grass).

Severe Weather

In cases of lightning, extreme heat, heavy rain, flooding, or unsafe field conditions, MD3LAX may:

Delay the start of the event
Temporarily pause play
Modify the schedule
Relocate the event (if possible)
Cancel the event altogether

Decisions regarding severe weather will be made at the discretion of MD3LAX staff. You will be notified via your registration email about cancellation notices and updates.

If an event is canceled before it begins due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on facility availability and scheduling logistics.

No Refunds for Weather-Related Changes

Please note: MD3LAX does not offer refunds or credits for event delays, schedule changes, or cancellations due to weather or other conditions beyond our control.
